Eleven Eleven East Pike is a condo project designed by Tom Kundig, located in Seattle’s thriving Capitol Hill neighborhood. The building’s design draws from the site’s history as Seattle’s “auto row”—reflected in its expansive windows, high ceilings, and the playful exterior palette inspired by classic car colors of the 1950s.
